Support our team in model-based project control — from automated quality assurance to AI-supported verification for large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Support model coordination and automated quality assurance
- Assist in developing automated verification processes
- Help prepare coordination reports and visualizations
- Participate in project meetings and stakeholder communication
What we're looking for
- Enrolled in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or similar
- Interest in Digital Twins, AI and automation in construction
- Affinity for model-based work and digital tools
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
Junior BIM Coordinator (m/f/d)
Full-time · Erding
Take responsibility for model-based project control on large-scale construction projects and help us establish automated verification as the new standard.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sub-models across disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP)
- Build and develop automated verification and quality assurance processes
- Ensure model quality through rule-based and AI-supported checks
- Interface with planners, contractors, and project stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or similar
- 1-2 years experience with model-based work (internship or working student counts)
- Affinity for automation, digital tools and BIM software
- Strong communication skills in German and English
